NXDN module on dashboard persists when mode disabled

After I turn off NXDN mode in MMDVMHost Configuration and apply changes (only D-STAR and DMR still enabled), the NXDN Radio mode on the dashboard is still displayed.

Even persists after a factory reset and backup restore, and even though it says Service not started, I'm seeing NXDN activity on talkgroup 65000 (DF2ET and it appears to be stuck on a TX by MW0MWZ).
Even though prior to backup my NXDN Startup Host was set to None before I disabled that mode, after factory reset and backup restore, I re-enabled NXDN, and it is set to 65000 again.
Even after another factory reset, but without performing a backup restore, just applying changes to select MMDVMHost and Simplex, and before selecting a mode in MMDVMHost Configuration, I'm still seeing the NXDN Radio module in the dashboard, as well as the same NXDN activity.

Okay, I now understand that the NXDN activity I saw was from the brief moments after I had enabled NXDN but before I switched the startup host to none. After turning off NXDN mode and then shutting off and restarting my hotspot, that activity is gone. However, the NXDN Radio module on the dashboard still persists.
