Configuration wiped out and error

Seems to happen when I switch from different DMR networks in the DMR configuration. This time I switched from FreeDMR to TGIF and clicked apply settings. Next thing alll my modes get turned off and the frequency for the hotspot turns to 0 and is red. I try to change the settings back and get a " Unable to read configuration files" and it won't update.
This has happened a few times before and I tried restoring the last saved Backup Configuration and it seems to work for a little bit and then will have the same issue. I just did a total reinstall during the week and all was working fine till this morning. I am running the latest version Pi-Star:4.1.6 / Dashboard: 20221114 and have ran sudo pistar-update after the install.
