aprs host ip, static ip for pi-star - no w Iam mixed

Pi-Star:3.4.17 / Dashboard: 20221011,...
I find aprs.fi settings from two expert menus,... where i should
put my home aprsc server address ???
And now its not even clear where i place static ip
and can I place FQD pistar.oh5bzr.rdw.fi some where,...
.... yes its not recomended public,... most likely
do apache proxy whit ssl identification.
