problems accesing/using pi-star with 2 radios

Hello everyone,

Pi-Star:4.1.6 / Dashboard: 20230713

I have the small mini hotspot. Its on the version that you see above.
I am having problems accesing it with two different readios: Anyone 878uv plus and FTM 300.

The ber on Yaesu Fusion mode is in red zone 5.6%
The DMR anytone handheld is not being heard today.
Freq. is 434.5 mhz using the stock antenna.

It used to work pretty well on DMR when i had the radio. But now, i have the same problem. -350 was the default setting on the rx offset and it was working ok.
