I originally set up a older Pi Zero for my hot spot. It seemed I was getting dropped calls / packets. I figure maybe since it a older Pi Zero W one of the first series that may be the issue. I had a Pi4 i a 3d Printer and pulled it and tested and seems to work without any issue sofar i just installed my card from the zero and booted it up and made contacts.

Now I need to find a suiable enclosure I dont mind 3d printed but have not seen any files for pi4 and mmdvm maybe looing in wrong place. It has the sadard mmdvm NON duplex top hat and small OLED screen Any suggestions is appreciated...

Have you checked Thingiverse? There are a bunch on there you may be able use directly or modify.
