New to this....have questions RFINDER HCP-1

Hello

I have an RFINDER HCP-1 hot spot. It was given to me but no instructions. Using only DMR. I was able to get it working and it seems to be OK. There are some things about it I dont understand. First, there are different things that come up in screen. The unit has a little screen about 2"X1.5". The first image is when "NG" appears at random on screen....what does that mean? https://ibb.co/XLvPQWZ The next image shows a persons name in big letters:
https://ibb.co/3zxmbJ1 And the last image shows at top, a space with a number "1" which always says "Listening" and below that area with a number "2" that shows the current person on a call....what is number 1 for? Why does it always say listening? https://ibb.co/K7y0RPq. Like I said there is no instructions or any information online. Lastly I have to reboot hotspot after a few hours of operation for some reason it stops working. Other than these things it seems to be working ok for the most part. Radio is an Anytone AT878. It appears this hotspot can receive more than one call? Not sure how to use some of the features. I was able to use SSH to upload the file that shows cpu load, cpu cycles and disk space.
