TG 31441 not allowed on Brandmeister?

Hello
I finished all the set up the other day adding static talk groups on Brandmeister web site....but when I try to add TG 31441 (RI CHAT) I get error saying "Oops! TG not allowed!" It accepted the 2 other RI talk groups (31444, 31445) but refuse 31441. I use this TG with friends when using the base radio. But I cant use it when using hotspot. Whats wrong with TG 31441? Why does Brandmeister refuse to let me add it to list of TG's for use on hot spot?
