YSF Not Linked

I have my friends Jumbo hotspot. His card was corrupt so I flashed a new card and set it back up He uses this on YSF. Well seems to be working except on the dash board where it says YSF Network keeps saying not linked. On my hotspots it has what room I'm connected to. Why does his say's this?
