I changed wifi password for router and did not for pi star. Now I have reloaded pi-star on sd card, but cannot open program to add wifi supplelment, all I get is format disk needed , cannot get to dashboard to change.

Did you add the wpa_supplicant file you can build here: https://www.pistar.uk/wifi_builder.php when you re-imaged the chip?
