RELEASE Pi-Star 4.1.8 - It's another minor one...

4.1.8 is about bringing in components for M17.
The binary has been there for a while, this brings in a clean config (if there isn't one loaded already), updates the dashboard to be able to show M17 data.
There is still work to be done, but another few days should bring the rest of the dashboard display work, and a config section for the config page.
Once that is all in, and working, I'll make a release.
