Pi-Star 4.2.0 Beta release is out, this is as far as I can tell ready to go, however, without some more beta testers, there may well be bugs and gotchas along the way.

This is an OS upgrade to Bullseye, and is pre-updated with the newest binaries (just released into 4.1.x).
