4.2.1 fixes a couple of bugs, namely NTP issues and 1/2 baked NextionDriver install that had 2/3 of what was required, now NextionDriver should work properly and is pre-installed in this version. If you already have NextionDriver loaded, the upgrade should not make it any worse, although if you modified the SystemD unit file for MMDVMHost - you may have to re-work that, no edits should be required now.

Update / Upgrade / Reboot.

I had to pull this update for a bit, I managed to leave a small piece of NextionDriver related changes in place, and that caused mayhem, and improved version will be out shortly.
