Remove bug concerning WiFi Configuration

Post by n3gwg »

Andy, et alia:

There exists a bug whereby if you have a WiFi that has a period in the SSID the network name is then truncated when you look in the "Wireless Information" under Wireless Configuration in the Configuration menu. IEEE does allow periods to be in an SSID name.

I found Chip's code that fixes this problem and opened an issue in the repo with the code depicted that fixes the issue.

Andy,

Thank you!

I am again enjoying Pi-Star. I now wish to build a new duplex hot-spot with Pi-Star but am not sure what sort of Raspberry Pi hat to buy in order to do so.
