After making some radio adjustments, I was successful in connecting to a local D-Star repeater. Echo test and Information was successful. I couldn't hear any traffic yet but I'll try tonight. I made no adjustments to Txo and Rxo.

Update: After making some changes to my HT and enabling D-Star on my Pi, everything appears to be working now. Info call, Echo test all working and I can even see my hotspot listed on the local repeater. Not much traffic but I did hear a conversation or two. Also saw a few people listed on my hotspot while I was away. All good.
