Hi all,
Have tried to use the MMDVM hat flash command to upgrade hat firmware but I can't get it to work.
Have tried on 4.2.1 and 4.3.0 using the command that I've used loads of times. sudo pistar-mmdvmhshatflash hs_hat
On each version below is what I get:
Welcome to Pi-Star: v4.3.0
Last login: Wed Mar 20 20:20:56 2024 from 192.168.0.134
pi-star@pi-star(ro):~$ sudo pistar-mmdvmhshatflash hs_hat
sudo: pistar-mmdvmhshatflash: command not found
pi-star@pi-star(ro):~
Any advice is appreciated.
Cheers Glenn VK4NGA

Check the expert page. the firmware update (FW) for hotspot boards is now actioned via the dashboard GUI.

Cool, getting to that page when adding the last part to the web address, but I couldn't find it in the listed menues...
Maybe it's too late
Thanks and kind regards from Germany

Depending on the release of pistar ur running. The page got added in 4.1.8
Not sure if the earlier release got pre-dated with the firmware update page. They might still be using the cli to update.

Hi all, ive managed to flash a v3 and v4 repeater builder board successfully via the flash tool but it appears the boards aren't being seen by pi* correctly now. Modem type is set correctly, still running 4.1.8 on both..
Where the frequency info is for both theres a blank space above it giving me the impression something is a miss..
Any ideas where I can start? I only have two lights on on each board.
Cheers
Roger
