Generic NanoPi NEO MMDVM

It’s the second one that stopped working. I have rebooted, removed power and even reflashed. Ethernet port lights are both solid on. SVC red LED is flashing. Both hotspots have ended their lives this way.
Before I did all of the rebooting the hotspot never worked correctly. Sometimes I could key to it, sometimes I could not. It would show traffic on the screen but that was it. It never did relay audio to either of my radios.
I am new to all of this DMR and Hotspot stuff.

UPDATE: I have reflashed with the oldest v3.x.xx non AIR and was able to boot to pi-star dashboard. Pi-star is configured I am unable to TX/RX using my hotspot now.
