With the move from Bullseye to Bookworm, a new format and extension is needed for the file used to pre-load Wi-Fi info on a new install. Has anyone started on the necessary updates to the WiFi builder tool so one can choose between a Bullseye "wpa_supplicant.conf" and Bookworm xxxxxx.nmconnection" file?

Theres a ton of things that have changed in bookworm, which requires code rewrites in many places, and that takes time. given were working at a more leisurly pace and not killing ourselves trying to get things done, causing stress to the team as we have in the past. cant say when itll be sorted at this point.

What for, nothing uses it....

I thought that bookworm uses the NetworkManager configuration.

I could of course be wrong.

You're quire correct, but I modified it back to wpa_supplicant to make it the same as our historic versions.
