Re: Is running 2 DStar hotspots with the same Callsign is Prohibited?

Not as I found. I worked with several of them ( I'm much more 'active' answering posts in the FB group than I am here within the forum pages) and they were well aware of their setups re duplicate freqs. etc. For all intents and purposes they seem to be getting bounced for having two simultaneously c...

Re: WiFi

But why would anyone spend 30 bucks on a RPi 1, when you can buy a 3 B+... I agree. But if I already had one (I don't), I'd probably want to see if I could get it to work. Just fer sh*ts n giggles I still have a original b model. I Use it with an old dvap when I need to shake the dust out of the ds...

Re: MMDVMHost vs. DSTAR Repeater

The dstarrepeater configuration setup was mostly left in to continue backward compatibility for legacy dstar hardware like the dvap dongle, DVRPTR cards and as mentioned above gmsk modems from the likes of Dutch star and Moencom. If you have intent using a MMDVM device it needs to be setup using pi-...

Is your id truly 1234567 ?? [emoji23][emoji23]

Also I couldn't find a B terminal registered can see you have C, P, N, M etc
Hopefully ur using differing terminals between the two installs and not running both under the same call (C) Usually C for 2m and B fer 70cms.

Re: COMPLETE Shut Down Of Hotspot

I'd be very interested to read the reply you had, if possible from the manufacturer of the hotspot device in what the specific issue is they see with pistar and their device. Please DM me here. Where It will be handled as private. Or DM me on twitter if you choose, a simple search there using my cal...

Re: DMR2YSF CANT TRANSMIT

What TG are you using in the DMR radio?

Have a look here on the pistar website, look at the listed far right columns...

Re: Is running 2 DStar hotspots with the same Callsign is Prohibited?

There were instances where hotspots were getting blocked on dplus reflectors (REF) if two devices were connected to the same reflector using the same callsign. ie duplicate callsigns listed twice on the same reflector. For several months over on the PS FB group every 3rd post was concerning just thi...

Re: IPSC2-NL & DMRGateway not connect DMR*

Just to enforce what Torsen has said above... If you own a simplex MMDVM device you can only use one TS, usually TS2. Only a duplex MMDVM device can use both TS1 & TS2 simultaneously. Only a duplex MMDVM device can be set to run in duplex mode. A simplex device won't run dual slot. It's been ages si...
