Pardon me if this has been covered, but I did search and didn't find any similar issue to what I'm having.
I'm running a JumboSpot with 3.4.17. I flashed 4.1.0 (March 26 release) to my 8G SD card using Etcher. I reboot the jumbospot and it goes through it's paces, and then about 3 minutes into the bootup the screen flickers, stays blank and the red LED flashes 1 time per second. It never goes any further. Reflashing back to 3.4.17, everything works fine. I am placing my config backup onto the root of the SD card as well - have not tried to boot without it.
Any suggestions?

Not adding the config backup to the card was the ticket. Everything is booting up as it should now. Thank you so much for your quick reply and suggestion.
