M17 radio support

pi-star is stuck due there is no built-in ambe v2 vocoder at
hardware neighter software - that limits creativity !!!

I found project M17 - support for M17 could be great idea !
It uses open source vocoder so pi-star could give spoken
anouncement's for M17 hardware,... who knows M17 could
be next generation standard at RadioHam society ?

Whilst we understand peoples want for newer vers that encompass the newer modes. within these pages we can only support what we have made available at this time.

We've found many times where users post how-tos when TSHTF they tend to shy away from what they post, offering little futhur help and no support to back up these posts. So for that reasoning we choose to admimister these type posts.
