Board don't come on

I had my Pi Star hotspot working, shut it off(shut off laptop) started laptop and display on the hotspot does not come on. Wondering if i did something wrong or what. I reflashed the card and had no success.

What "WiFi list"? The Pi-Star software only enable the "access point" mode IF IT IS NOT CONFIGURED for a network connection. Once configured, it should be connecting to your internet router.

WIFI list is the available networks, after setting up a second hotspot, the power back died and wont come back on. Green power lite is on and the orange SVC lite is flashing.
