Allowing other hams on my hotspot?

I tried accessing my D-Star hotspot via another callsign and nothing happened.
Is there a setting in the Pi-star, or would I need to look at radio settings (MY, UR,....etc)?
A screenshot of an "open" hotspot configuration would be helpful.
