Hoping i can impose on you fine folks for an issue that identifies itself now when logging into my Zumspot. I get the following message:
"Alert: You are running an outdated version of Pi-Star, please upgrade. New versions are available from the here: http://www.pistar.uk/downloads/"
I have the Zumspot with the Nextion display nd am running version 3.4.17. I went to the website and downloaded the latest version for the Raspberry Pi 3B (I have the 3B+) and have imaged a new card in preparation.
My fear is that I am opening Pandora's proverbial box. For example, is that Nextion screen supported in the new version? What are the benefits of the new software? I haven't been able to find a listing of enhancements etc.
In view of mine working fine, I am a little apprehensive to update it.
Appreciate all comments. Thank you!
