YSF WONT LINK - help needed please

Hi all , I have searched the group but can not find an answer so I apologise if its a repeat.

Our YSF74078 room all of a sudden will not display as linked in the bottom left of the screen , i can connect to all other rooms.

This pi is ran on my home internet.

This is where it gets interesting , If i disconnect from my home internet and connect to my 4g dongle i can connect to our YSF74078 room with all other rooms.

If i take my pi to another operator's house and connect to there internet its connects all the time to our YSF room as well.

Other uses can connect fine to our YSF room all the time.

Any help would be appreciated please.

Are you running the reflector on the same net connection as the hotspot?

No its a different internet connection at a different location. Other operators can connect all the time i just cant

V. Strange...

Does the reflector run on the default ysf port?
If yes...
Prob. something blocking you in ur home router. The fact you can link over mobile broadband, and at a friends house would echo that.
Have you spoken with ur service provider?
