Is there a new version of Pi-Star available with the ability to access the AllStar network? (ref: viewtopic.php?t=4656)
Looking in the download section of pistar.uk I see the current version offered is 4.1.5 (30 Oct 2021) although the version I'm using is labelled 4.1.6 (which I thought I originally downloaded from pistar.uk, 2-3 months ago, when I put together my 1st JumboSpot)
My Kernal is 5.10.11+, whatever that means
Thanks and 73

Re: ASL MMDVM
4.1.6 is available by running a pistar update on ur hotspot. It wasnt added to the downloads page on the site.
The initial change from 5 to 6 was marginal and didnt warrant putting it up as a seperate d/load. It was given a new prefix to differentiate it from the previous release.
Since that initial change, more has been done in .6 so its always worth running the update.
ASL isnt a native option in pistar.
It is poss to link a digital reflector / TG to ASL but thats by using an additional s/ware solution that creates a bridge between the two.
