ID number and not the call on the display DMR porto

Hello all.

I updated the firmware of my Anytone porto type D878UVII PLUS V3-3, reloaded the codeplug but I have only the ID in the display and not the callsign.
What am I doing wrong unfortunately?

Additional information from PE1LUP:
In the Codeplug I go to the setting "Optional Setting" and then to "Display".
The settings are:
Last Caller: Show Both.
Call Display Mode: Call Sign Based
Call End Prompt Box: Off
Display Channel Number: Sequence Number in Zone
Display Current Contact: On

DId you miss updating the Contacts list in the codeplug?

The Digital Contact List is not filled in in the original Codeplug.
Is that normal?

Yes, that would be normal. HT's shipped from the factories would not normally have much filled in the base codeplug. And Codeplugs downloaded from websites or given to you by a friend usually have out-dated contact lists. With 50+ new id's being added each day, expect to be updating your codeplug's contact list several times a year.
