DV-Mega Euronode Not Responding

I am not sure if I have a Hotspot problem or a radio configuration problem. My hotspot does nothing when I key the mic, for instance, on Parrot. I never hear the expected replay of what I said. This is a new hotspot and a new radio. The radio works OK on the local DMR repeater and in analog mode. Everything appears to be correctly set uo, as it shows green for Nodes Enabled, Network Status and DMR Repeater. The hotspot had two LEDs lit - a red one that stays on and a flashing blue one, as you can see in the attached photos. My Anytone AT-D168Uv works correctly with the local DMR repeater, but gets no response with the Euronode. Additionally,If I go to Admin and Power on the Pi-Star Dashboard and click the button to shut down, it does not respond. However, if I click the button to reboot it, that does work. I have also tried a known good antenna, which did not improve anything. And using wired ethernet or WiFi does not make any difference.

I am new to both DMR and Pi-Star. If anyone can suggest some troubleshooting steps to try to resolce this, I will be grateful.
