I am having trouble changing rooms from the radio. I have this problem on a ft1xd and a ftm3207d. (A290 type changes) Any suggestions? tnx Don W8PTB

What is the exact problem?
I have an FT1D though to be honest, it was quicker to swap rooms from the Dashboard from the radio but it is doable. You use the WiresX button to bring up the list of the rooms, from there you can either select one or enter a direct number.
Though last time I tried a direct number it didn't work but it might have been operator error on my part.
