Common causes of corruption

Hi All,

I have a couple folks who I have built hotspots for come back and say the units did not connect to their wifi automatically, and that when they did connect using AutoAP, the configuration had partially reset.

I know the Wifi issue could be any number of potential problems on the end-user's side - however the more concerning thing is the "reset configuration".

What behavior or actions can cause a configuration loss on a unit using pi-star?
