Integrate ON7LDS NextionDriver into Pi-Star

Since many users love to have the extended NextionDriver made by ON7LDS to configure extended info to the Nextion screen, it is for some users complicated to do a 'dubble' install; i.e. making a 'second install' separately for the NextionDriver (via installer workflow, found on www.github.com/on7lds) is for some users a challenge.

If possible, I like to see:
1) the code for the driver integrated into Pi-Star
2) configuration, where needed ) via the Pi-Star dashboard, like it is as AMA0, USB or modem (one of the choosen options
