Unable to Configure Pi 0 W

So i attempted to run sudo pistar-update this morning and got a fatal error message after which my PI 0 W could receive my radio but did not send or receive out over the internet...No problem i think, i'll just burn a new image and reconfigure... Got the Pistar AP no problem, set up my local wifi get to the configuration page but every time i try to save my changes I get: Safari can't open the page because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection.

This is on MMDVM HS Hat that has been running without issue for at least two years... Was able to SSH and run sudo update to get to latest dashboard but kernel updates did not come through...Thoughts on how to resolve?...Thanks...Gary

Ok I was able to revive my pi using the windows side of my MacBook. Please disregard any further.
