New entry in DMR_hosts.txt

I would like to request that the QRM DMR Network be added to the DMR
Hosts.txt file. The network has been operational for more than one year
and has about 30 active talk groups. The network uses the same software
that is used by the TGIF network and has been very stable.
The address of the network is qrm.kc3ol.net (66.42.114.24). The port
number is 62031 and the password is passw0rd.
