Problems getting hotspot to work

Hving problems getting configuration page on my laptop so I can put it on my preloaded sd card. Can anyone tell me how.

Starting on 1-6-21, I have a problem staying connected to YSF connections. It does not matter which room I connect to the connections will disconnect within 1 minute. I tried 3 hotspots with all having the same problem. The pi-hats were DVmega on a Raspberry Pi-3, Zum radio zum spot on a Raspberry PI mini, and a Jumbo spot on a Raspberry PI-3. My HRI-200 with FTM-100D connects but is not practical for mobile use.

Any information is appreciated.
