No web service response on 4.1.6

Hi;

The web interface of my installation does not respond, ssh is ok.

Looking at the raspberry pi it sees a tcp 0 8683 192.168.1.88:80 192.168.1.81:6698 FIN_WAIT1

Any ideas how to fix this?

dumb and probably obvious question(s). Have you rebooted?

are you sure of the IP address?
