Hi everyone, since the last update the FM zone no longer works on my repeater, have you noticed this situation that I only have on my own and therefore, using the MMDVM NTH Arduino 2, with the previous version everything worked fine WITH THE 20210617_PS4
while with the 20240124_PS4 the FM doesn't work ,I thought I was using 20200620 as firmware and as said everything works well even YSF is excellent it doesn't lose packets, while before it was firmware 20210101 it wasn't good YSF lost packets and I felt broken up, it's only good with firmware 20200620 also for other radio amateurs 20200620 is fine

That isn't a dashboard related problem, new MMDVMHost - update your MMDVM firmware, and get up to the new higher serial baud rate for FM support.

Revisiting...Isnt 1.5.2 the latest for MMDVM? Running the update command threw an error and left me unbootable.

All good since I am a crack flasher! ;^)

Any suggestions/recommendations? again TIA!

Hi, maybe I misunderstood, so we have a bridge with 2 Motorola radios, SP8NTH modem with Arduino Due and Raspberry, before the update I had version 4.1.7 dashboard 20240105 and Arduino firmware 20200620 mmdvmhost, after updating and releasing the 4.2.0 dashboard 20240124 and since then the FM has not worked and in YSF we have lost packages, I hope I have explained myself well, thank you very much Andy

Your issue with loosing FM is not related to the dashboard version.

Check http://pi-star/admin/sysinfo.php for the versions of the insalled binaries, you will find MMDVMHost has been updated along with all of the other softwares from G4KLX and CA6JAU. The new MMDVMHost needs new firmware on your MMDVM board (and the higher speed UART connection) to use FM.

You may want to check the current version of the ini file here: https://github.com/g4klx/MMDVMHost/blob ... /MMDVM.ini to help see if you are missing anything in your FM section(s).

Hi Andy, updated the Arduino firmware and the FM now works, as I reported to you with this pi-star dashboard firmware 4.2.0 20240124, YSF breaks, loses packets and crashes

I'm only running hotspot hardware here (And still on old FW - grrr getting to that) but it's working reliably for me.
