Is my HAT damaged after failed Update?

Hello everyone.
I have a MMDVM Dual HAT which has never worked properly. Sometimes the connection worked, sometimes not.

I tried to do an update, short-circuited the JP1. When I tried to start the update via PI-Star SSH, UPDATE FAILED, the HAT is no longer working, only the green LED is lit. Previously, all LEDs flashed briefly when starting the Raspberry, this is no longer the case, only the green LED lights up when switching on.

Pressing the reset button (even longer) has unfortunately not helped.
What do you say? Throw it in the bin? Or is there anything else that can be done?
