Dstar Setup

I am unsure what I am doing wrong. I can listen to different reflectors on my hotspot, but I can't seem to transmit to them. I apologize in advance as I am not that computer-smart. More mechanical. I am unsure how to add a picture of the settings, so I copied and pasted it. Also, I am registered in the Dstar registry as WI9VLB, but when I upgraded to extra, I got a new call, N9DU. So not sure that is screwing things up, but I did place my hotspot as public. I have a 9700 for my base rig at home. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
