Nothing is impossible to actually say no, but some things are just simpler.

Can be done, but it won't be easy to do unless you have an above average understanding of ur Linux OS also remember what you end up with will not be pistar. It will only resemble pistar and if we make changes ur install ...

Re: Cross-Mode & Callsigns / FT-991A

Have a look at setting the hotspots rx offset. Then continue adjustment to fine tune for lowest BER value. (Your aiming ...

Re: Trying to save reflector to Wires Category on FT3D

that additional stuff doesnt work with MMDVM. MMDVM was reverse engineered to mimic parts of wires, its not a full replacement. You wont get any of that. WX, emmcom, news etc.

Re: Trying to save reflector to Wires Category on FT3D

Else look at the dvref listings and use the reflectors listed 5digit reflector no. with dtmf linking
etc ...

Re: DMRId.dat data source

Seeing you have revised a post from 2020 what pistar release are you using?
earlier releases 3.4.** and (the v.short lived) 4.0.* series have now been dropped from support. if its one of these, youll see no more updates for those releases.

If your using a dynamic ip address for ur reflector the only way pistar can follow ur ip address is by running a host update. The update process defaults to pulling updates a couple times throughout the day it doesnt know when ur ip address will update. If it updates after your ip gets renewed, then ...
